'Fifty Shades of Grey' Casting: Charlie Hunnam, Dakota Johnson Land Leads

Finally, "Fifty Shades of Grey" has found its Christian and Anastasia.

Author E.L. James tweeted the news this morning, first announcing the casting of relative unknown actress Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele.

I am delighted to let you know that the lovely Dakota Johnson has agreed to be our Anastasia in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

Johnson is the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith. Her most recent roles include that of the titular Kate in the cancelled series "Ben & Kate," and a part in the upcoming big-screen adaptation of the video game "Need for Speed." James quickly followed up the Anastasia news with the announcement that "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam will play 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey.

The gorgeous and talented Charlie Hunnam will be Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

Hunnam, who'd been rumored for the role, also starred in this summer's robot vs. monster epic "Pacific Rim."

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is slated to hit theaters in 2014.
