"Fast & Furious 7" is getting a new title ahead of its release next spring: It will now be known as "Furious 7."
The official title change comes as Universal preps to drop the film's first trailer, which the studio plans to reveal next week. The movie's official Facebook page notes that "Furious 7" will be "the very best movie yet" in the venerable action franchise.
In addition to the new moniker, "Furious 7" also debuted a new tagline, "Vengeance hits home," and several new images from the flick, including a new poster.
